The conference starts on Monday, June 29th. We are organizing a carsharing to go on site, please don't be late to the meeting point. Here are the different meeting points for Strasbourg, Nancy and Mulhouse :
Strasbourg : we meet at 1pm on the parking lot Place du Maréchal de Lattre.
Nancy : we meet at 1 pm at the lab.
Mulhouse : we meet at 1 pm at the lab.
For those arriving by their own means, you should arrive around 2:45 pm.
Beware, once you arrive in Sainte Marie aux Mines, you should follow the following route, which is much more accessible than the default route proposed, which is impassable: Google Maps Route
On Wednesday, a hike will be organised. Remember to bring hiking shoes, a backpack for your picnic, and a water bottle if you want to participate.
Bed linen is provided in the chalet, but you'll need to bring your own towels. Be aware that there is no supermarket or shop in the surrounding, so please do not forget anything at home !
